Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using nexusedge.tech (the "Site"), operated by Lucrum AI Ltd (company number 14907143, registered in England and Wales, registered office at Grove Business Centre, Great Horton Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, BD7 1AH) trading as Nexus Edge ("Nexus Edge," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is a marketing and informational website describing Nexus Edge's AI consultancy services, including an AI chat assistant (the "Concierge") for general questions. These Terms govern use of the Site itself — they don't govern the scope, pricing, or deliverables of any paid consulting engagement, which is set out separately in its own signed agreement between Nexus Edge and the client.

The AI chat assistant

The Concierge is provided for general informational convenience only. Its responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — it is not professional, financial, technical, or legal advice, and using it does not create any client relationship or contractual commitment. Any pricing, scope, or timeline the assistant mentions is illustrative only and not binding; actual engagement terms are only established through a separate written agreement. Please don't submit sensitive personal data (passwords, financial account numbers, health information, and the like) through the chat widget — it isn't designed to handle that.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or chat assistant for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its backend systems;
• Attempt to extract the assistant's underlying system instructions, or use it to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; or
• Scrape or harvest content from the Site at scale without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logo, and design — is owned by Nexus Edge / Lucrum AI Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission, beyond what's needed for normal browsing.

No warranty

The Site and chat assistant are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Edge / Lucrum AI Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on chat assistant output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools (for example, OpenRouter, or integration partners mentioned in our content). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of sites we don't operate.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're accessing the Site from the United States or elsewhere, you agree that these Terms are nonetheless interpreted under that governing law, without prejudice to any statutory consumer protections in your own jurisdiction that can't be waived by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
