Who we are

Nexus Edge is a trading name of Lucrum AI Ltd ("Nexus Edge," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14907143, with its registered office at Grove Business Centre, Great Horton Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, BD7 1AH. This policy explains what information nexusedge.tech (the "Site") collects from visitors and how it's used. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@nexusedge.tech.

Information we collect

• Contact form. The form on our Contact page doesn't submit anything to our servers — it opens your own email client with a pre-filled draft addressed to admin@nexusedge.tech. We only receive what you choose to send, handled like ordinary email.
• AI chat assistant. Text you type into the chat widget is sent to our backend, which forwards it (with a fixed system prompt) to OpenRouter, a third-party AI infrastructure provider, to generate a reply. Conversation content is held only in your browser for the current page visit — it is not saved on our servers and disappears when you refresh or close the page. To prevent abuse, we keep a hashed (one-way, non-reversible) version of your IP address with timestamps, used only to enforce a simple per-visitor rate limit — not the content of any message.
• Theme preference. Your light/dark mode choice is stored in your own browser's local storage, never on our servers. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
• Server logs.Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical access logs (e.g. IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and operational purposes. We don't analyze these for marketing.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels of any kind on this Site.

How we use information

Solely to operate the chat assistant, respond to inquiries you send us directly, protect the Site from abuse, and remember your display preference. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use anything collected here for purposes beyond what's described in this policy.

Third parties

The only third party involved in operating this Site is OpenRouter, which processes chat messages in order to generate the assistant's replies — governed by OpenRouter's own privacy practices. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

International transfers

OpenRouter and the underlying AI providers it routes to may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States. If you use the chat assistant, the content of your messages may be transferred internationally in order to generate a reply.

Data retention

Chat conversation content is not retained beyond your browser session. Hashed IP/timestamp records used for rate limiting are kept only as needed to enforce that limit, not for any other purpose.

Your rights

If you're in the UK or EEA, UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your information, and to data portability — and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled something wrong. If you're in the United States, applicable state privacy laws may give you similar rights to know, access, or delete information, and to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the Site — for example, the chat backend keeps its API credentials server-side only, never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
